Terms & Conditions

By booking our field you are
agreeing to our T&C's

Animal Matters LTD Trading as Raw Essentials

1. Booking:

A) Hire sessions are 45 minutes long.

B) The field can only be used if it has been booked and paid for.
C) If you arrive late, the booking cannot be extended.
D) We operate a non-refund policy.
E) Animal Matters LTD T/A Raw Essentials reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their own discretion.
F) Bookings are non-transferable.

 

2. Visiting our fields:

A) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of time to unload and reload their dogs, 
B) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for their dog. Please note that ponies graze in the adjoining field of Solar Parks and are checked daily, any dogs that scare the ponies will not be permitted to use the field in the future.

C) Please check fences for gaps or holes before letting your dog off lead, if you find a problem please let a member of staff know.
C) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that both entrance gates are locked whilst using the field.
D) Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times until within the secure field.
E) Please keep your dogs on a lead at all times until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicle.
F) Children are welcome to visit the site but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times. All of the equipment is designed for dogs, children are not permitted to use this equipment. Children must not climb on the fencing and gates on the site.
G) Smoking is strictly prohibited.
H) Barbecues are not permitted.
I) In the event of bringing a friend/ family or sending someone in place of you, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety & ensure they abide by the T&C’s at all times whilst using the field.

J) Please avoid throwing any toys/sticks near to the solar panels, any damage to the solar panels will need to be paid by you

K) Do not sit on or allow your dog to jump on the solar panels, any damage to the solar panels will need to be paid by you

3. Code of Ethics

A) Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Your dog must not be tethered to any permanent structure on the site. No dogs are to be left unattended in vehicles.
B) The equipment is for canine use only. Before using this facility, please ensure your dogs are physically fit and strong enough to perform activities.
C) Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not permitted.
D) Physical or verbal harsh handling of dogs is not acceptable.
E) In keeping with the law regarding ‘responsible dog ownership’, you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Raw Essentials Fields. The law states you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times. This law applies regardless of whether you are alone or a Raw Essentials Team Member is present.
F) Do not bring your dog if the have/are showing signs of kennel cough or any other contagious disease 
G) Do not bring your dog if they have been unwell in the last 48 hours.

 

4. Maintenance

A) The client must bring their own poo bags and remove all poo after their dogs. Multiple bins are provided to dispose of waste.
B) it is your responsibility to pick up after your dog(s) whilst on site and dispose of in the bin provided. Failure to do so will result in not being able to rebook.
C) No litter is to be left.
D) The field and fencing are checked regular, however if you find an issue please let us know.
E) We do not take any responsibility for any dog escaping the field.
F) Please consider the weather conditions before your visit and do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions.
G) Please take all balls & toys that you bring into the field away with you. If these have been chewed or broken, you must ensure that the field is cleaned up and these are removed.

J) Please ensure to check there is no damage to any of the equipment before you use the field, this includes fencing, gates, field shelters. If you see any damage please report to us immediately 

 

5. Car Parking

A) Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk. Animal Matters LTD T/A as Raw Essentials and Sheepwash Farm, accept no responsibility for any loss, damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst on site.

B) All vehicles must be parked in the designated signed parking areas. 

C) When visiting The Green please do not park in front of the main gate, or our neighbours drive, either park opposite the entrance or within the double wooden gates along the fence line where there are parking signs.
D) The drive is the main access route to houses and other businesses, please do not block the main drive, and take care when walking around the site

 

6. Liability

A) The landowners and Animal Matters LTD are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals & property whilst on the site.
B) The use of the field is at owners own risk. The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation, has overhanging branches from trees which may fall or have fallen and could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside, other hazards may include wild vegetation e.g fungi, acorns, wild plants & flowers.

C)The Landowners / Animal Matters LTD accepts no liability for illness, injury or death of person(s) and Dog(s) whilst using the field.

 

7. Data Policy

A) Personal data is processed in line with GDPR regulations. The information will not be shared with any other parties.

8. Variations to the Agreement

A) Animal Matters LTD reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made should be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.​​

9. Rights of Entry

​A) Animal Matters Ltd staff will be allowed access at any time onto the land to carry out inspections and only decisions made by Animal Matters LTD regarding safety and fitness of use, will be binding.

B) Animal Matters LTD. reserve the right to refuse permission to or evict any persons from the premises.
